  I just had to walk out of there. They acted like they didnt even see me. I tried to drop off my lawnmower for a repair, and I couldn't even get eye contact with the manager working there. (did not want to acknowledge my presence) When he finished with the person he was working with, he proceeded on to help other people that entered the store long after me. I am a local and live 2 minutes from Hilbert's. But I packed up my lawn mower and left, never to return. Do youself a favor and go to Plymouth and use Pro-Fix for lawn equipment repairs. When I pulled up, the man asked if he could help me get the mower out of the car. 3 minutes later, I was done and out the door. Hilbert;s is completely clueless on custormer service, as stated on this blog before. Skip them..
